How long does shipping take?
Domestic orders typically arrive within 3-5 business days. International shipping can take between 7-14 business days depending on the destination and customs processing.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for most items in their original, unworn condition. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings are non-returnable unless faulty.

To maintain the shine, avoid contact with perfumes, lotions, and water. Store your pieces in the provided Cherish pouch or a cool, dry place when not in use.
Do you offer a warranty on your designs?
Yes, all Cherish Jewellery pieces come with a 6-month warranty covering manufacturing defects. This does not cover accidental damage or general wear and tear.
